Recurring Gift Form

 

Set up your gift once to support Chapin again and again with our Recurring Gifts Program. Participating in our Recurring Gifts Program is a convenient and paper-free way to support Chapin. This option allows you to schedule automatic monthly, quarterly, or annual installments for Annual Giving via your bank account or credit card and eliminates the added steps of remembering to write and send a check.

You may cancel your recurring donation or update your billing information at any time by contacting us at giving@chapin.edu or by calling 212-744-5007. Please be prepared to provide the full name, email address and billing address used when setting up a monthly donation so we can locate your gift. For security reasons, we ask that you do not email credit card or ACH information.
