Last week, Chapin hosted its annual Halloween Club, bringing together students from all divisions for an afternoon full of fun and festive spirit! Upper School students led Middle and Lower School girls through a variety of themed activities. In their classrooms, they colored ghost drawings together, read stories, played bingo and had dance parties. In the gyms, the girls applied Halloween-themed cat and ghost temporary tattoos and played games like bowling, limbo and cornhole — winning plenty of exciting prizes!
Upper Schoolers showed off their creativity with an array of imaginative costumes, including group themes such as the Smurfs, Elphaba and Glinda from Wicked, Pepsi soda cans, characters from Strawberry Shortcake and the Minions. To end the week, the Upper School enjoyed a special Halloween-themed evening featuring a costume contest, movies, candy and a community dinner.
Happy Halloween to the Chapin Community!
