On January 12, 2018, at the office of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, alumnae working in law and finance gathered for breakfast and a special discussion on executive presence (the skills and competencies leaders must embody to get ahead, influence others, and drive results).
Ilana Pergam ’86, Director of Studies at The Chapin School, moderated the panel conversation with four distinguished alumnae: Sue Tszyu Chen-Holmes ’94, Executive Director and Senior Counsel at Rabobank; Lisa Ferrari ’82, Member, Cozen O'Connor; Jessup Shean ’00, Principal, Greenhill & Co.; and Emily Wallach ’97, Managing Director, Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Hosted by Lucy Farr ’88, Partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell, it provided alumnae of all ages the opportunity to share helpful tips, advice and the skills they each value for success, as well as made introductions for future networking connections.
