Bridget Carlin joined The Chapin School in 2022 after spending four years as Associate Athletic Director at The Marlborough School, a 7-12 girls’ school in Los Angeles, CA. Between 2012-2017, Bridget worked at The Dalton School as Assistant Athletic Director, and she worked in the same capacity at The Agnes Irwin School, a K-12 girls’ school outside of Philadelphia.

Bridget has coached basketball, volleyball and lacrosse at the secondary level. She has also coached collegiate women's basketball at the DII & DIII level for three years. In 2012, she was a head coach for a women's basketball select team of Division II & III players as part of the Global Sports Academy that traveled and competed in Belgium.
