It's been a red-letter week for Chapin's Varsity Squash team, whose players just finished second in the regular season of the American Association for Independent Schools (AAIS) tournaments.

Two weeks ago, these athletes clinched an early victory in their game against Spence's Varsity Squash team at City View Gym in Long Island City, where they won 7 to 0. They were also successful in a game against Brearley last Wednesday, winning 7 to 0 again. The team's only loss of the season came on February 1st, when they lost 2 to 5 against St. Ann's.

Due to its high ranking in the tournament, Chapin's Varsity Squash team will move on to Nationals this Friday, and then to the AAIS playoffs the following week. They will play at Greenwich Academy on Monday at 5:00 P.M., at City View Gym against Riverdale on Wednesday at 4:00, and at the Episcopal Academy in Pennsylvania this weekend in the Upper School Squash High School Team Championships.

Chapin's Varsity Basketball team also remains undefeated in the AAIS season, and will play its last home game on Thursday at 5:00 P.M. against Masters.

We heartily congratulate these gators on all their successes so far, and wish them strong games in the coming weeks!
