Alumnae from the Classes of 1944 to 2009 returned to Chapin throughout the fall for a series of two Decades Lunches. Attendees had the opportunity to visit with one another over lunch and learn more about Chapin today from Dr. Hayot.

At the first gathering, on September 26, the group heard about Chapin's new, lively grammar curriculum from Middle School Humanities teacher Jenet Dibble. At the second gathering, on November 9, the group experienced the new Lower Level Dining Room firsthand and heard from Lower School Head Thérèse Cruite about the dynamic usage of this new space.
